Acceptable Use Policy

The platform must not be used to send unsolicited messages, harvest emails, or build lists for cold-spam outreach.

Harassment, hate speech, threats or any harmful content directed at other users, our team or any individual is prohibited.

• Cloaking, doorway pages, hidden text or sneaky redirects.
• Mass low-quality link building, PBNs or comment spam.
• Fake reviews, review gating that violates platform policies.
• Misrepresenting business locations or categories on Google Business Profile.

• Sharing credentials with parties outside your agency.
• Operating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
• Reselling raw platform access without our written permission.

Automated tools that exceed reasonable rate limits, scrape platform UI, or attempt to enumerate other agencies' data are prohibited.

Probing for vulnerabilities, bypassing authentication, or attempting to access data belonging to other agencies will be reported and may be referred to law enforcement.

We investigate reports of abuse and may suspend access immediately while we review. Confirmed violations result in termination without refund.
