This Privacy Policy applies to data processed by RankSilent through our marketing site, agency portal, CRM, CMS, report generator and supporting services.

• Agency account data: name, email, agency name, role, billing details.
• Onboarding information: services selected, package, brand settings.
• Client data uploaded by your agency: business names, locations, GBP details, reports.
• File uploads: logos, white-label assets, briefs, audit documents.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, performance metrics.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session handling, and analytics cookies to understand product usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic, conversions and product engagement. Aggregated insights help us improve the platform; we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.

Leads captured through public forms are stored in our CRM with rate limiting and validation. Agency portal data is isolated per agency using row-level security so other agencies cannot view it.

Uploaded files and generated reports are stored on managed object storage with access controls. Only authenticated members of your agency may access them.

• Active agency data is retained for the lifetime of the account.
• After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted, unless required by law.
• Backups are rotated and purged on a 30-day cycle.

We use trusted vendors for authentication, database hosting, email delivery, analytics and payment processing. Each vendor is bound by appropriate data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

• Row-level security policies enforced at the database layer.
• Honeypots, rate limits and validation on all public forms.
• Principle of least privilege for internal access.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, restrict processing, or object to certain uses.

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We will update the “Last updated” date when this policy changes. Material changes will be notified through the portal or email.
