Scope
This policy applies to all paid services purchased through RankSilent, including onboarding, monthly fulfillment subscriptions, custom audits and add-on services.
Onboarding Fees
Onboarding fees are refundable only if no setup activity has been performed. Once any setup task has begun (audits, profile reviews, kickoff calls, asset creation), the onboarding fee becomes non-refundable.
Monthly Fulfillment
- Monthly fulfillment is billed in advance for the upcoming service cycle.
- The current month is non-refundable once the cycle has started.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Work
- Completed audits and optimization tasks.
- Generated reports (ranking, GBP, performance).
- Custom content, citations or link work already submitted.
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf (directories, tools).
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered when:
- A duplicate charge has been processed.
- A subscription was renewed in error after a documented cancellation.
- Fulfillment has not started for a paid onboarding and you cancel within 7 days.
Requesting a Refund
Send refund requests to contact@whitelabelseolocal.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your agency name, invoice number and a brief reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
