How to Cancel
You can cancel any subscription from the billing section of the agency portal, or by emailing your account manager. We do not require phone calls or “retention” conversations.
Notice Requirements
No long notice period is required. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The current cycle is non-refundable.
Active Work Handling
- Tasks scheduled for the current cycle are completed and reported.
- Reports already generated remain available in the portal until access ends.
- Recurring tasks beyond the cancellation date are stopped.
Portal Access After Cancellation
Read-only portal access is provided for 30 days after cancellation so your team can export reports, briefs and historical data.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to reactivate, then permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law or for tax records.
Reactivation
Reactivating within the 90-day window restores your historical data and onboarding setup.
