By creating an account, accessing the agency portal or using any service provided by RankSilent, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.

The platform is intended for marketing agencies, consultancies and freelancers reselling local SEO services to end clients. It is not intended for individual consumers.

• You may use the portal, CRM, CMS and report generator for legitimate agency operations only.
• Access credentials are personal to your agency and must not be shared outside your team.
• We may update, restrict or remove platform features as the product evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, all activity that occurs under it, and the accuracy of the information provided during signup and onboarding.

• Provide accurate agency details and a valid billing contact.
• Keep your password and authentication factors secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Fulfillment activation requires completion of the onboarding wizard, including agency information, selected services, first client details and payment setup. Onboarding may be paused or rejected if information is incomplete or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

Fulfillment scope is defined by the package you select. Items outside the agreed scope are billed separately or may be declined.

• Local SEO outcomes depend on third-party platforms (Google, Bing, directory networks) which we do not control.
• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or conversion rates.
• Fulfillment timelines assume timely delivery of access, content and assets from your side.

You agree not to use the platform for spam, black-hat SEO, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized access attempts or any unlawful activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. One-time onboarding or audit fees are billed up front. All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes.

• Failed payments may pause fulfillment and portal access.
• Pricing changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance.
• Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account termination.

Fulfillment work begins after a successful payment, completed onboarding and confirmation of access to the necessary client assets (Google Business Profile, website CMS, analytics, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. We may also terminate inactive accounts after extended periods of non-use.

All platform code, dashboards, report templates, branding and educational content remain the property of RankSilent. You retain ownership of content and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to deliver the services.

The platform and services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankSilent's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the portal or email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
