Onboarding Timeline
- Day 0: Payment received, onboarding wizard completed.
- Day 1–2: Initial audit and account access verification.
- Day 3–5: Fulfillment plan finalized and first tasks scheduled.

Fulfillment Activation
Fulfillment activates once payment is processed and required client access (Google Business Profile, website, analytics) has been provided. Delays in providing access shift the activation date accordingly.

Report Delivery
- Monthly performance reports are published in the portal between the 1st and 5th of each month.
- Custom or one-off reports follow the agreed timeline.
- All reports are white-label by default.

Communication Process
Day-to-day communication happens through the portal. Each agency is assigned a primary point of contact for escalations and strategy questions.

Service Delivery Limitations
Note: Timelines depend on third-party platform availability (Google, Bing, directories). Outages or policy changes may delay specific deliverables.

Agency Responsibilities
- Provide accurate client information and access in a timely manner.
- Respond to clarification requests within 3 business days.
- Approve content or strategy decisions when requested.
